Acute angle-closure glaucoma vs. standard ocular strain

I suddenly developed severe, deep pain in my left eye an hour ago. My vision in that eye is blurry, I can see rainbow-like halos around the light fixtures in my living room, and I feel nauseous. Is this a severe migraine or an eye emergency?
